SAMPLES.
HOW TO ORDER / HOW LONG / ?
Samples
can be ordered online by adding a single item
to your basket on each range's page or in packs
of 3 from here. We
aim to send samples within 5 working days. Please
allow longer during busier periods. Sample packs
are also available for 3 stationery samples
in any collection for £12.00 with free
P&P. Samples can be paid for online using
your credit / debit card with PayPal or by sending
a cheque. Please follow the instructions after
you have submitted your sample request.
HOW
DO I ORDER MY STATIONERY?
Simply
add your required stationery items to your shopping
basket detailing your chosen colours and pay
for them online using PayPal following the instructions
online. OR you can download & post an order
form with your cheque for the total amount +£15
Courier P&P. Upon receipt of your order
form a set of proofs will be emailed to you
for your approval. Your order will be despatched
within 14 working days. Get
in touch if need your order sooner as we
may be able to prioritsie your order to be within
7 working days. Priority slots may be available
for a 2-3 working day lead time & cost £25
for this additional service. Please make sure
you let us know when you order if you require
a priority slot.

WHO
DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
All
orders can be paid for in full at the time of
placing either online using your debit / credit
card via PayPal OR you can pay by cheque or
direct bank transfer (please get in touch for
details). cheques
need to be made payable to 'MWL designs' &
posted to us at: Made With Love, Unit W302E

HOW
LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders
will be designed within 7-14 working days from
receiving your order. If you have specified
a later delivery date, we will work to your
timescales. If you need your stationery sooner,
priority slots are available for design within
2-3 days and cost £20. If you need your
order ASAP but do not require a priority slot,
please get in touch before placing your order
and we can advise of expected lead times. We
have a very personal service & will be in
touch throughout the design process to keep
you informed about the progress of your order
along with expected delivery details.
WE'RE
ONLY HAVING A SMALL CHRISTENING. IS THERE A
MINIMUM ORDER?
We
have different minimum quantity orders for each
range. Please see your chosen range main page.
We aim to meet all of your stationery requirements.
We advise that you allow for one invitation
per family, including a courtesy one for parents
& the Minister. Don't forget to order a
couple extra to allow for mistakes when writing
them and for any extra guests you may decide
to ask at a later date.
CAN
I HAVE MY STATIONERY IN A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN
ENGLISH?
Yes.
For languages other than English, please contact
us prior to placing your order and we will be
happy to help.
WHAT
IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Ensuring
your order is perfect is equally important to
us as it is to you. That is why our ordering
process is as detailed as possible to make sure
everything is just right. Since all of our products
are hand crafted specifically to your order,
we regret that we are unable to provide a refund
after your proofs have been approved. For items
that do not require a proof (i.e. items without
personalisation) cannot be refunded after the
order has been placed. In the event of cancellation
all work in progress & materials must be
paid for.
PROOFS
You
will be emailed a digital proof of the personalised
wording for each item that you have ordered
for you to approve/sign off. Your proofs are
provided free of charge. Proofs are normally
sent within 5 working days after we receive
your order wording. Proofs form the basis of
how we print your order. We ask that you proof
read your proofs to make sure that we have tranferred
the correct wording that you have sent to us.
It is important to send us your wording EXACTLY
as you would like it printing (spellings &
grammar) as we have to take exactly what you
give us.
Changes
made to your wording after you have submitted
your final wording will be charged at £5
per item change. Based on the amount of time
and work it takes to amend your wording templates
and re-send. Please therefore ensure that spelling
& wording is exactly as you would like it
printing before you submit it to us for print.
HOW
MUCH IS POSTAGE & PACKAGING?
Orders
are charged as weighted between £6 - £20
per individual delivery to addresses in the
UK . To ensure the safety of your order, we
always send stationery with tracking details
which are covered by insurance and parcels are
bubble wrapped and carefully packaged. Large
orders are usually sent via DHL or Royal Mail
and will require a signature upon delivery.
REFUNDS
& EXCHANGES
Refunds
and exchanges after you have approved your proofs
are not available. As we handcraft each order
to your exact requirements refunds or exchanges
can only be given if our products are faulty
or your order is incorrect. Refunds before you
have approved your proofs can be given, however
this will be based on the work already undertaken
on your order. The amount that is refunded will
deduct the work already undertaken or the amount
of stock already purchased for your order. Colours
may vary slightly on different computer screens.
We offer a sample service to help you select
your colours and recommend that you order a
sample to ensure you chose the colour that is
right for you. We cannot be held responsible
for variations in colour based on screen resolutions
& offer a sample service so you can see
our ranges up close.

MY COLOURS?
We
try our best to give you exactly what you want.
If we do not display your colours on our website,
get in touch! We can get almost any colour imaginable.

I CHANGE THE WORDING ON THE FRONT OF THE CARD?
Of
course. We're a personalised card boutique &
print your personal wording front & back.
