Choose your invitation & place your order: from the event invitation collections. You can order a sample here. Place your order online by adding your items to your cart and amending your quantities accordingly. Indicate your colours. Place your order by paying online using a credit or debit card.
Once you have placed your order: After receiving your order, we’ll email you our wording forms to assist you in collecting all your final wording. If you already know what wording you would like, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the wording. Please take care with spellings, grammar & punctuation before sending your final wording to us. If this email hasn't arrived after 3 working days, please check your junk folder then get in touch.
Compile your wording & return to us by email: After receiving your wording, we’ll send you a digital proof of your stationery within 1 week. This proof should be carefully read, checked and approved by you before proceeding with the production of your order. Work cannot start until you approve your proofs so it's really important that you approve swiftly to enable us to book your printing in & design dates into the diary. We would normally expect to receive a clients proof approval back within 1-2 days which allows us to keep to our advertised lead times. Any delays in receiving proof approval will result in appropriate delays to dispatch of an order.
Approve your proofs: The proof should be carefully read, checked by yourself & approved. Simply by replying to the email with your approval in writing is perfect. The prices of your stationery includes one free proof of each item. Changes to proofs for an order are charged at £25. In the rare event of a customer requiring changes to their proofs, following payment of the re-proof charge, a new set of proofs will be design and emailed within the week for your approval.
Print & Production: After final proof approval of your stationery, the order is sent for print and production. Which will normally take 1-2 weeks for event stationery depending on complexity & qty.
Shipping: After 1-2 weeks your order is checked then carefully packed & wrapped. It is then shipped by the chosen carrier to the delivery address on the order. You will then receive your bespoke gorgeous bundle.
Finally: Squeal of delight, tears of happiness often follow. Get ready for the rave reviews from your lucky guests!
SOME NOTES: The whole design process for event stationery orders is 14 working days. Our ability to stick to these timescales is dependant on a swift approval of proofs by the customer. Changes to proofs will hold up the print/production of an order and hence the specified lead time will be delayed.
