Variations may occur within your order

All of our products are handcrafted and therefore slight variations may exist within your order. Because the majority of products we use in our wedding stationery are also hand crafted or handmade, slight variations in colour may appear.

Postage within the UK

Samples and proofs are sent free of charge. Baby stationery orders are delivered by either: Parcel Force Couriers or Royal Mail Special Delivery dependant upon size and weight and is charged between £4 - £25.00. Orders that total £500 or more are delivered FREE of charge. Please note: all orders are protected in bubble wrap, delivered to your door in walled cardboard cartons, fully sealed with polypropylene tape and are marked as ‘Handle With Care'. ‘Made With Love' cannot be held responsible for any damage to our products after you have received them.

Postage for Europe and International addresses

For overseas orders please enquire about postage & delivery details before ordering.

Payment

Orders can be placed online using PayPal shopping basket or on a printed order form which can be posted to us. For orders under £500 Payment must be received in full with your order. You may pay by sending a cheque with your order form or by requetsing to pay using credit / debit card online using Paypal. If you request this option, we will set up a special page for you to access and pay for your order within a few days of receiving your order form. For orders over £500 you may request to pay 50% upon placing your order and pay the outstanding balance no later than 2 weeks before your expected delivery

Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we are unable to refund any cancelled orders after the proofs have been approved. Refunds before proof approval are at the discretion of 'Made With Love' and will deduct any work already carried out and any stock already purchased for your order.

Spelling & Grammar

Any wording that appears on your stationery will be taken directly from the information provided by you. May we suggest that you double check all spellings and ensure that grammar is correct before sending it to us. Mistakes from the clients part can be rectified and changed at the proof approval stage, however, this additonal service will incur a print fee of £25.

Prices

We reserve the right to change prices of products without prior notice.

Minimum Order

Due to the labour intensive nature of our design work, we have a minimum orders for different ranges.

Vouchers & Discounts

Vouchers remain the property of Made With Love Designs and are not for re-sale. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have a nominal cash value of 0.0001p.

The 'Fabulous Offer' cannot be redeemed in conjnction with any other offer and has a minimum spend requirement of £200. Sample request refunds are not affected with this order.

Exclusive VIP Vouchers can be redeemed at any time from our stationery collection order. There is a minimum order spend of £150 exclusive of P&P and all money OFF vouchers have an open 'valid until' date. Only one VIP voucher can be used per order. And VIP vouchers can not be used in conjumction with any other offer.

To claim your voucher offer, please state the promotional code (printed at the top of the voucher) OR offer name on the order form before it is submitted. Offers & discounts cannot be granted after your we receive your order form.

 

Copyright

It is your responsibilty to get permission to use hymns and wording to be printed in your Order of Service. Copyright lasts for 70 years after the death of the original writer and so the use of copyrighted material before this date will need permission from the source. Use of material without permission is illegal. Copyright information can normally be found in the hymn books that the verse is taken from. Your Minister should be able to help you with this.
