The ordering & production process

STEP 1: Select an invitation and your accessories from the wedding collections. View the entire collection here and order a sample here. We are here to help and if you have any questions please contact us and we can personally assist you. We need 6 weeks to complete wedding orders. SUPER URGENT ORDERS? Left your invitations a little late? We can assist with urgent orders, we are sometimes able to offer priority slots where we can reduce the 6 week lead time to 2 weeks which cost £60. Priority slots are strictly limited and not always available. Please contact us with your time frames and we can advise of availability prior to placing your order.

STEP 2: Place an order by adding your items to your cart and amending your quantities accordingly. Indicate your colours & estimated delivery (6 weeks after the day you are ordering) with the order. Place your order by paying online using a credit or debit card.

STEP 3: After receiving your order, we’ll email you our wording suggestions to compile your perfect wedding stationery wording and wording forms to assist you in collecting all your final wording & guest names (where appropriate).

STEP 4: After receiving your final wording, we’ll send you a digital proof of your stationery. This proof should be carefully read, checked and approved by you before proceeding with the production of your order.

STEP 5: After final approval your stationery is printed and produced and shipped to you within the 6 week lead time.

FINAL STEP: Once you receive your order you may squeal with delight & shed a tear of happiness!! It’s that simple!

Please note that your order will be proofed & shipped in two parts - Phase I items being your invitations, rsvp and gift or info cards. Phase II being all of your accessories for the day, which will be delivered before your actual wedding date. Wording for Phase I and Phase II is supplied at different times.
