bound by the below terms. If you do not agree

Acceptance
of Terms
This
page (together with the documents referred to
on it) tells you the Terms & Conditions on
which you may make use of the Made With Love website
(the "Site"), and the terms applicable
to the sale of goods or services through the Site.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from
time to time and will notify such changes to you
by uploading them on the Site. You should review
the Terms & Conditions periodically for changes.
By
using the Site you agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to
these Terms & Conditions then please refrain
from using the Site.
1.
About us
The Site is operated by Made With Love ("we").
2.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual
property rights in the Site, and in the material
published on it. Those works are protected by
copyright laws and treaties around the world.
All such rights are reserved.
You
must not use any part of the materials on our
site for commercial purposes without obtaining
a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
If you breach these terms of use, your right to
use our site will cease immediately and you must,
at our option, return or destroy any copies of
the materials you have made.
3.
Description of Made With Love’s service
Please note that when you place an order on our
website that this is considered a legal contract
between you (the customer) and us (Made With Love),
and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
You should carefully review the terms and conditions
applying to the transaction before placing an
order.
4.
Variations may occur within your order
All of our products are handcrafted and therefore
slight variations may exist within your order.
Because the majority of products we use in our
wedding stationery are also hand crafted or handmade,
slight variations in colour may appear.
5.
Prices
We reserve the right to change prices of products
without prior notice.
6.
How contracts are formed between you and us
Each order you place shall be deemed to be an
offer by you to purchase the goods and/or services
specified within it subject to these Terms &
Conditions.
Orders
shall be deemed to be accepted by us upon the
issue of an email acknowledgement of order.
The contract will relate only to those goods and/or
services notified in the email acknowledgement
of order.
7.
Payment methods
Purchases may be paid for by using a debit or
credit card through PayPal or WorldPay, our online
payment facility. All prices are in pounds sterling
(£), and are payable in pounds sterling
(£), plus any applicable taxes.
8.
Refusal of transaction
We may refuse to process a transaction for any
reason or refuse service to anyone at any time
at our sole discretion. We will not be liable
to you or any third party by reason of so refusing
or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction
after processing has begun.
9.
Delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket on the Site displays the
goods you have chosen and details of post and
packing. The delivery costs vary according to
the delivery method you choose. Any delivery times
quoted are estimates only, based on availability
and normal delivery time in working days. For
high value items it is recommended that you select
delivery by Courier OR Special Delivery to allow
for the tracking of your items in transit after
they have left us. Once an order has been dispatched,
Made With Love accept no responsibility for items
delayed or lost in post. For items with delivery
tracking we will be able to assist in the location
of delayed/lost items on your behalf and replace
or refund where necessary. For items with no tracking
(First Class) we will be unable to locate a delayed/lost
item and it is at the discretion of Management
at Made With Love to replace items.
10.
Proofs
What are they? For all orders requiring design
work, a proof of each item will be designed to
your exact specification (in your colours, design,
with your provided wording). Proofs are usually
designed and emailed to you within 7 working days
of receiving your full payment or complete wording
(whichever is received latest) and proofs are
for our reference to ensure that we have not made
any errors in transferring any information requested
by you into your stationery items.
Proofs
are intended for you to PROOF READ and approve
before full and final design on your item will
commence. Proofs are a guide for us in the design
of your stationery.
Any
changes required to the proof item based on errors
on our part (the Designer) will be rectified immediately.
Any changes needed to proofs based on errors on
your part (the Client) are charged at £5.00
per item change & can be paid for here.
To avoid charges simply make sure the final wording
you send to your designer is complete and accurate
before they design your proofs. Your designer
will let you know the date when your proofs will
be designed so any last minute changes to wording
can be sent before this date. Minor changes to
proofs based on errors on your (the clients) part
are at the designers discretion and dependent
on available stock.
The
proof stage is a major part of your wedding stationery
order. This is where the wording (provided by
you the Client) is transferred into stationery
print templates, templates are set up & saved
for each item, stationery proofs are designed
& photographed for your personal file. Changes
to templates is a very time consuming and lengthy
process. It's important for us to get this right
first time and it is important for you (the Client)
to understand and agree to our terms before placing
your order that changes for errors on your part
will be charged.
We
cannot stress enough: Please double check all
wording before you send final version to your
designer.
11.
Wording, Spelling & Grammar
Please send any outstanding wording to your designer
as soon as possible & no later than 3 weeks
before you would like to receive your stationery
by, preferably by email in either a word document
or other suitable document and title with the
wording title proceeded with the words 'FINAL'
so that we know which document to work from (eg.
'FINAL_Wording_PlaceCards')
Any
wording that appears on your stationery will be
taken directly from the information provided by
you before we design a set of proofs. May we suggest
that you double check all spellings and ensure
that grammar is correct before sending your FINAL
version to us. Mistakes from the clients part
/ changes to wording which requires a re-write
of proofs or a re-work can be rectified and changed
at the proof approval stage, however, this additional
service will incur a print fee of £25. Please
do not send your wording in part or in stages
for each stationery item - this can get very confusing
and can lead to mistakes with your order. All
wording to be printed on your stationery must
be received in full exactly as you would like
it printing before any proofs are designed. Work
will not begin on your proofs until complete wording
has been received.
12.

where for instance products are specially made

Severability
If any of these Terms & Conditions are determined
by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful
or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition
or provision will to that extent be severed from
the remaining terms, conditions and provisions
which will continue to be valid to the fullest
extent permitted by law.

a deposit after your deposit order & payment
have been made. Quantites stated with your deposit

space which has been wasted.
