Postage
within the UK
Wedding
stationery orders are delivered by either: DHL
Couriers or Royal Mail dependant upon size and
weight and is charged between £4 - £25.00.
We urge clients to select their postage as Courier
or Special delivery which have tracking &
will allow us to assist in locating orders delayed/lost
in post.
Please
note: all orders leave us in excellent condition,
and only leave us if they meet with our strict
standards. Orders are protected in bubble wrap,
delivered to your door in walled cardboard boxes,
fully sealed with polypropylene tape and are marked
as ‘Handle With Care'. ‘Made With Love' cannot
be held responsible for any damage to our products
after you have received them. IMPORTANT:
If a parcel arrives with you that looks to be
damaged please raise a 'DAMAGED' notice with the
courier at your door before signing. If goods
have been damaged in transit, this notification
will allow for a claim to be made with the couriers
and thus we may be able to replace your order
upon a successful damages claim. Note: The damages
claim process may take up to 14 weeks and we cannot
replace / refund until after this process has
been carried out & successful.
Special
Delivery: Items will arrive the next working day
from dispatch date & have tracking.
Courier:
Items will arrive within 1-3 working days from
dispatch date & have tracking.
First
Class Royal Mail: Items may take up to 7 working
days but nomally arrive within 1-3 days &
have no tracking.
Postage
for Europe and International addresses
For
overseas orders, the shopping cart will calculate
the shipping automatically. We are now able to
ship to most destinations in Europe & US.
Orders take the standard lead time of 6 weeks
unless a priority slot is paid for (which reduces
lead times to 2 weeks) and then International
delivery lead times will apply after this (normally
5-7 working days).
Payment
Orders can be placed online using PayPal or WorldPay
via your shopping basket or on a printed order
form which can be posted to us. Payment must be
received in full for all orders before any design
work begins (including the design of any proofs).
You may pay by sending a cheque with your order
form or by requetsing to pay using credit / debit
card online using Paypal. If you request the latter
option, we will set up a special page for you
to access and pay for your order within a few
days of receiving your order form. You can now
book your order in advance and pay only a £50
booking deposit to secure space in our diary.
Orders booked in this way must be paid for in
full before the design of any proofs. Booking
deposits are deducted from your outstanding stationery
balance. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
for cancelled orders.
