FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR PERSONALISED GREETINGS CARDS

I made a mistake on my order:
Please read the contents of your shopping cart carefully before paying for your order. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If you realise that you have made a mistake please reply to that email confirmation to let us know and if your order hasn't been designed we will be able to help.
If your order has already gone to print we will not be able to make any changes to this order and the order will be sent in the usual way. We will advise you of the status of the order after hearing from you. If your order is still in line to be designed we can normally amend the details of your order but will require any changes to be in writing (via email) and cannot take changes to wording over the phone.
My PayPal Delivery Address is Incorrect.
This does not matter. We only use the details given on the order - you will receive an email from us detailing your order and these are the details we will use. You will receive an email confirmation from us (detailing your order) & one from PayPal (letting you know they have taken payment on our behalf). Your order will be sent to the address on the email from us (with our logos on, detailing your colours & wording).
Why hasn't my card arrived yet?
All our cards are dispatched from the studio in Cheshire according to our dispatch guidelines detailed on this website. Once the cards have been dispatched, we are unable to control the delivery process, however we will do whatever we can to rectify any problems caused by delayed delivery or damage in post.
Please remember that Standard UK delivery items are not guaranteed next day delivery and depending on the size and amount of cards you order, may take up to 5 working days to arrive, particularly during peak periods.
Working days are Mon-Fri
We also offer Next Day UK Delivery if selected on orders received before 12noon.
It is better for a card to arrive earlier than late so please make sure you allow enough time for your cards to arrive – if you are unsure of whether they will arrive, please do not place an order.
If you card has still not arrived after the delivery times listed have passed please check with your local post office as often cards are waiting at a local sorting office without customers receiving a 'While you were out' card from their post man. If you have done this and your card is not there please contact us.
Can I send cards to someone other than myself?
YES Your card can be sent ‘direct to recipient’ if you select this option at checkout and remember to change the delivery name & address if this is going to be different from the billing address. If you have added insert wording to an order and also changed the delivery name & address, you MUST tick the box at checkout letting us know that your card is to be sent direct to the recipient - otherwise we will not know & will send your card like a normal order, with invoice/receipt included.
For cards sent 'direct to the recipient', we will package the card with pretty tissue but will not include any invoice / receipt materials. Remember however that cards are blank inside, and if you do want your card sending direct to recipient, you will need to add an inside message to the card which costs +£2 per card and can be written when you place your order.Direct to Recipient orders will be upgraded to a tracked service - this takes the same amount of time but gives you piece of mind that something has arrived with the intended recipient.
How much do the cards cost?
The price of the products is shown on the card gallery page as you choose the optional extras to accompany it. Prices vary according to design.
We hand make most cards to your specific order and the prices reflect this. Our prices are based on the cost of materials used for each design as well as the work costs incurred. Each card is individually hand made by a ‘real’ human being and are not produced on a factory conveyor belt where cards are produced en’ mass. Each card is lovingly hand made with a lot of care to ensure your card leaves us in an immaculate condition. We make cards exclusively for special occasions and for people who don’t mind paying that little bit more for something that is unique to them.
The prices do not include postage and packing, which will depend on the delivery address and quantity of cards ordered.

How are the cards printed?
After we have received your order we print your card from a pre-cut blanks or blank sheet of board. We use lovely textured art boards and pearlescent cards with an unvarnished finish that are a little bit unusual and not the normal card that is used by greetings card manufacturers to bring you something a little bit special. The cards are printed using Xerox Printers at the maximum resolution with solid wax inks. The dimensions and card detail for each design are shown on the gallery range page.
How can I pay?
We take payment online via our website via Sage Pay and accept all major credit / debit cards: American Express, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Connect or Electron.To pay by credit/debit card select Sage Pay at checkout to checkout securely online. We also accept payment through PayPal. Cheque payment is also available but please note that your order will be processed once your payment has been cleared. Bank Transfer is also accepted but is not recommended for orders needed soon as bank transfer can take a few days to clear before your order will be dispatched.
