Standard UK delivery:

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.
Orders dispatched by Standard UK delivery, including “Direct to recipient” card orders are aimed to be delivered within 2-5 working days following dispatch, although this is not guaranteed. Our Standard UK delivery service has no tracking.

 

Next Day UK delivery:

If you need your order quicker you can select our “Next Day UK delivery” option. Orders placed before 12 noon, Mon-Fri are dispatched on the same day, with delivery on the following working day*. Orders placed after 12 noon, will be dispatched on the following working day, with delivery the next working day later.

“Next Day Courier” is a signed for service and will require a signature at the specified delivery address.

You can select various personalisation options such as colour, size & wording. Most of our cards are available with personalised options for front wording printing & inside wording printing.

For front wording: you can choose the standard NON PERSONALISED wording, which will read the standard message for this card or for personalised wording you can select a PERSONALISED option, where you can have your own wording printed over a number of lines.

NON PERSONALISED front wording is not charged extra. If you select the Non Personalised wording, cards will be printed with this standard non-personalised wording even if you have typed your own personalised wording in the text boxes. No exchanges/refunds will be offered should you fail to select the correct wording option that you wanted. This is solely the customers responsibility.

PERSONALISED front wording is charged extra. You must type your wording exactly as you would like it. We will not check spellings, punctuation, capitalisation, grammar etc and will take your wording exactly as on the order. Tips: Full words do not look good/often illegible in the fancy fonts when written wholly all in capital letters. We recommend only capitalising initial letters of names and months for example as you would in standard English.

Character limits apply so check that your wording is correct and present in your shopping cart before checking out.

No exchanges/refunds will be offered should you supply us with incorrect wording. The spellings, punctuation, capitalisation, grammar etc are solely the customers responsibility.

Our cards are supplied with a blank insert so that you can write your own message inside.

If your card is for a special event or your handwriting isn't too neat, we have the option available for you to have a personalised message printed inside your card.

INSERT WORDING PRINTED is charged extra. If you select for your card to be Blank Inside, cards will be designed with a blank insert even if you have typed your own personalised insert wording in the text box. No exchanges/refunds will be offered should you fail to select the correct wording option that you wanted. This is solely the customers responsibility.
